| Issue Manager v2.22.32 - is a powerful tool to help you track action items or issues through to completion. It is much more than a simple to-do list; it is a sophisticated issue-tracking system. With Issue Manager you can: maintain a powerful to-do list, track action items, make notes of progress that is made, ensure that issues have a closed loop, and finally note when the issue is closed.When an issue is created it is assigned a status (e.g. "open"). Then, each time an event happens that affects this issue, you create a change item for the issue, which includes the date, a description, and a new status (e.g. pending, to do, track). Issue Manager stores the complete change history, so you maintain a complete record of what was done. When an issue is closed, another change item is entered, usually with a status of "closed". Issue Manager can also filter and sort the issues, making your important information easy to access. |
