| HelpTrac v6.0 - is a full-featured help desk and customer support system that can track problems and solutions, prioritize tasks, and analyze technician efficiency. The program includes a built-in, full-screen editor for problem and resolution descriptions, the ability to filter on all fields including word searches, pop-up calendars for simplified date entry, automatic escalation of priorities with e-mail notification, and the ability to graphically display a technicians current workload when assigning new tasks. HelpTrac features report and graph generation tools, support for templates, a technician lock-out function for maintenance purposes, the ability to customize fonts and colors, and network support. It also includes a one-way Alpha pager, a digital pager, the ability to generate new tasks with incoming e-mail and notify users of resolutions with outgoing messages, a timer, logging capability, and a separate pop-up utility (HTListen) to notify technicians of new tasks even when HelpTrac is not running. Please note that the program can run in Windows 3.x. |
