| Call Attendant v2.3.2.1 - is an automated phone reception utility which includes call screening capability. Calls can be answered and handled with customizable prompts and music, and a contact management database is included where the program locates the callers records. Call Attendant can take messages which can be retrieved remotely, and logs calls with date, time, and caller ID stamps. It also lets you filter unsolicited canvass calls, and the callers selection response to your greeting message can inform you of the nature of the call. The program includes a pop-up calendar, the ability to generate reports, and printing capability (including labels). In addition, should you provide chargeable services, you could issue valid clients with a PIN to be entered when the support or service option is selected, ensuring that only calls from those authorized to contact you by phone are taken. |
