| CallMe e-businessREADY! v1.3 beta - is a customizable sales and customer service automation tool which allows on-line buyers and sellers to communicate in real-time using IP and Web-controlled telephony. CallMe lets you route your calls through the Internet onto the public telephone system with no background noise. Calls can be routed to a specific extension, call centre, or cellular telephone anywhere in the world. With CallMe e-businessREADY, on-line shoppers can call your company while browsing your Web site with a simple mouse-click on a CallMe icon displayed on the Web page. Once clicked, the call-back request is passed through the Internet, yet the phone calls are connected over ordinary public phone lines. The shopper gets a free, instant connection to the seller, and the seller gets a live sale lead. You can analyze the demographics of the caller; produce global call tracking, forwarding, and analysis reporting; integrate all call data into your entire business process; and schedule international conference calls for up to nine people. You can also feed live sales leads to your call centre; monitor Web-based sales call activities; and chart sales representative responses to Web-based enquiries. In addition, you can access your voice mail, publish press releases, and participate in on-line tenders. |
